Scottish Ceilidh a Success

Northwest Mississippi Community College Singers Adonis Certion of Oxford (left) and Drew Carlton of Olive Branch lead the procession bearing the flags of Scotland at the college's Scottish Ceilidh, a Scottish dinner and entertainment, on Dec. 5. The dinner, which was attended by about 150 people, was a fundraiser for the college's choral group, The Singers. The Wolf River Pipes and Drums, Mary Lucas, a traditional Scottish storyteller, and the Singers provided entertainment for the evening.
