Welch returns to visit NW campus

A.G. Welch, (seated, center) former business manager at Northwest Mississippi Junior College (mid-1950s-1975) returned to campus for a recent visit. He enjoyed a small reception in the college’s Public Relations Office and was greeted by former staff and faculty including (left to right, first row) Everette Woolfolk, Welch, Carolyn Ainsworth; (back row) Peggy Chapuis, family friend, and Glenn Triplett.

Welch was was accompanied by his son Mike Welch of Hattiesburg, daughter Ellen Welch Erwin of Jackson, and cousin Billy Floyd of Baton Rouge, La. Northwest President, Dr. Gary Lee Spears, welcomed the Welch family to the Senatobia campus and thanked Welch for his service to the college.
